Eddie is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Gladys Lewis; grandparents Ira Irvin and Della Lewis, Charles H. Dickey, Buck and Ethel Childress; and brother Michael Ray Lewis.
Eddie is survived by his wife Clara Julie (James) Lewis; daughter Karissa Delynn Stewart of Midland; daughter Lindsey Ann Lewis of Midland; sisters Sharon Coats and husband Randy of Odessa, and Cathy Betzel of Odessa; four grandchildren Paysen Rae Stewart, Janna Alise Lewis, Braelynn Leeann Morden, and Ryan Edward Morden; one great-grandchild Addison Lewis; five nieces and nephews; 16 great-nieces and -nephews; numerous cousins; and countless friends who were like family.
